What You Will Do
- Lead UX research: user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations
- Create information architecture, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes
- Design and maintain Figma design systems with variable libraries
- Produce production-ready designs and annotated developer handoffs
- Run design reviews with clients and development teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of product design experience (agency or product company)
- Expert Figma skills — variables, auto-layout, components, prototyping
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to communicate design decisions to both clients and engineers
