What You Will Do
- Own project delivery across 3–4 concurrent client engagements
- Run sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Manage client relationships and weekly status reporting
- Identify and resolve blockers before they become delays
- Write clear, technically accurate project documentation
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of technical project management in a software company
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (certified preferred but not required)
- Ability to read code and understand technical trade-offs at a high level
- Excellent written English for client-facing communication
- Experience with Jira, Notion, and modern project tooling
