What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for all technical and non-technical roles
- Write compelling job descriptions and manage listings across platforms
- Source and screen candidates and coordinate technical interview panels
- Manage onboarding for all new joiners including documentation and tooling access
- Support HR processes: policies, performance review cycles, payroll coordination
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a technology company
- Experience hiring software engineers — you understand what a good engineer looks like
- Familiarity with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to process detail
